Powder blending system into pneumatic conveying
- This blending system uses 3-powder receivers mounted on the second level of the equipment platform. The receivers are supplied with a vacuum from the blower/vacuum unit that enables the receivers to draw powder material from the bag dump stations or from another source of choice.
- 3-bag dump stations are used as to not cross contaminate materials.
- The 2423 SS powder receivers have high- and low-level sensors and can be programmed to keep full or on a timer.
- The feeders are mounted on weight scales and can be linked with the receivers to maintain a min or max amount of material at one time.
